Pages of our Websites may contain small electronic files known as web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags, and single-pixel gifs) that permit the RDB Solutions, for example, to count users who have visited those pages band for other related website statistics (for example, recording the popularity of certain website content and verifying system and server integrity).
- Web Analytic Tools. Our websites may use Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools that help website owners analyze the traffic to their websites. By using Google Analytics, the RDB Solutions may be able to view a variety of reports about how users interact with the Websites, which can be used to improve your user experience and the overall quality of the Websites.
Information We Collect from Third Parties.
We may also collect your personal information from third parties in the course of performing our services. For example, companies that engage us for our services may provide us with information relating to their shareholders, such as name, date of birth, social security number or tax identification number, address, phone number, employment details, and other personal information.

Upon expiration of the applicable retention period, we will securely destroy your personal information in accordance with applicable law and regulation.

b. California Residents Privacy Rights
Under California Laws, California residents have the following rights (“Rights”) listed below. Your Right to Access and Right to Deletion are not absolute and are subject to certain exceptions. For instance, we cannot disclose specific pieces of Personal Information if the disclosure would create a substantial, articulable, and unreasonable risk to the security of the Personal Information, your account with us or the security of the business’s systems of networks.
- Deletion Rights: California consumers have the right to have their personal information deleted, unless the personal information is necessary for the business or service provider to:
- Disclosure & Access Rights: California consumers have the right to request in writing from a business, (i) a list of the categories of personal information, such as name, address, e–mail address, and the type of services provided to the customer, that a business has disclosed to third parties (including Independent Affiliates that are separate legal entities) during the immediately preceding calendar year for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes, and (ii) the names and addresses of all such third parties. In addition, California residents have the right to request that we disclose to them (i) the categories of personal information we have collected about them, (ii) the categories of sources from which personal information is collected, (iii) the business or commercial purpose for the information collection, (iv) the categories of third parties with whom we have shared personal information, and (v) the specific pieces of personal information we hold about an individual.

- Do Not Sell: Californian consumers have the right to opt-out of having their personal information sold. We do not sell personal information.

Response Time. We will handle request under Applicable Law in California. When a request is made, we may verify your identity to protect your privacy and security. We will respond to written rights requests within 45 days following receipt at the e–mail or mailing address stated above. Please note that we are only required to respond to each customer twice per 12 month period.
c. California Do Not Track Disclosures
Some web browsers may transmit “do-not-track” signals to the websites with which the user communicates. Because of differences in how web browsers incorporate and activate this feature, it is not always clear whether users intend for these signals to be transmitted, or whether they even are aware of them. Because there currently is no industry standard concerning what, if anything, websites should do when they receive such signals, we currently do not take action in response to these signals.
Nevada Residents Do Not Sell Disclosure

European Residents Disclosure
Residents of the European Economic Area (“EEA”) have the following data protection rights:

- Right to Object: Residents of the EEA can object to processing of their personal information, ask to restrict processing of their personal information or request portability of their personal information.
- Consent Revocation: If personal information was collected with consent, then EEA residents can withdraw their consent at any time. Withdrawing consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing conducted prior to your withdrawal, nor will it affect processing of personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.

Please note that you should direct any requests related to the data protection rights described above to the RDB SOLUTIONS Client who holds the relevant RDB SOLUTIONS account. As a data processor of any personal information stored and processed on the Services, RDB SOLUTIONS will not be able to respond directly to such requests and will refer any such requests to the relevant Client. Changes to the Policy
It is our policy to post any changes we make to our Policy on this page. If we make material changes to how we treat our users’ personal information, we will notify you through a notice on the Websites.
