Jan Kimble is the first friendly face you’ll see when you become a client of RDB Solutions. In her role, Jan trains new and existing customers, ensuring that our clients are set up for success. Jan also helps facilitate customer inquiries making sure they are addressed with timeliness and quality through to resolution.
An integral part of her role is managing the documentation process and resource center which offers ongoing support to our clients. With 17 years in the lumber industry and 12+ years working with software systems that support functional business operations, Jan is a valuable member of the RDB team.
When not attending to her clients, in her own words, Jan likes to spend “lots of time with my granddaughters and family.” She also finds refreshment in taking road trips to the beach or new cities she hasn’t yet ventured in the Pacific Northwest.
