James O’Brien is an integral part of the RDB Solutions team, enabling businesses and customers to achieve their goals and expand their capabilities. As Customer Service Lead, James works with the entire team to maximize value to customers. Continuously meeting and exceeding customer expectations for products and service is a daily goal.
Prior to RDB Solutions, James was part of a small private company that grew into a publicly traded company with a worldwide presence. James enjoyed being an integral part of that growth and was first to invent several patents for the company.
In his free time, James likes to develop vector and raster graphics for laser engraving. He also spends time in metal works and app development.
